Remote Entry is a solution that offers manufacturers the option of supplying customers, or 'remote' sites, with a method for quickly inputting parts to be manufactured or estimated. An export file is then 'sent' to the supplying company for subsequent processing.
Comprising of a stand alone, copy protected program file and template file(s) of the parts to be entered, the system is compact enough to be distributed by email or over the Internet.
The key to Remote Entry is that the supplying manufacturer configures the types of parts, exact dimensional input and the manufacturing detail that can be assigned. This system is equally suited to the entry of random size parts i.e. rectangular duct, or for a range of 'catalogue' based products such as circular duct.
As product ranges change or increase, new template files can be created and passed on to the 'Remote Entry' user.
